This place is a real gem - it is just a few miles inland from The White House on the way to Houghton or King's Lynn, and is well worth the trip. Bircham Stores Cafe serves the most delicious sandwiches, breakfasts (until 12), lunches, cakes and afternoon tea. They will also pack a bespoke picnic or a Hamper to order for your day out at the beach. Priced well for really outstanding quality, this is a great find.
